Anne, a native Belgian, has
spent most of her professional career abroad, i.e.16 years
in Germany and 4 years in Chile. Back in Brussels
in 1999, she founded her own consulting company and has
been working worldwide with recognized international training
and consulting companies and partners. She is active in
public and private companies of various sectors, in financial
institutions and in European institutions.
Anne holds a Master Degree in Applied Economic Sciences
from the University of Louvain in Belgium and a Master Degree
of Commerce from the University of Cologne in Germany. She
is also accredited in MBTI and DISC. |

After her studies, she started her career in a German
financial association as Head of a specialized group
of the Training Department where she was responsible for
international training programmes and events. Since 1984
Anne has been working as a freelance consultant in Europe
and Latin America. She has designed, developed and delivered
individualized and customized training programmes in the
wide field of communication, people management and personal
development. She also does individual coaching in these
areas.
Besides her training and coaching activities, Anne collaborated
in the setting up and the development of an internal training
school of a major Chilean Bank. She also worked in
change management and human resources projects in different
international companies.
Anne enjoys collaborating within international teams in
multilingual environments. She gives her seminars and does
coaching in four languages - French (mother language),
German, English and Spanish. |
