The YEO 4D Competence Model
In this section of our website HR staff and line managers can find tools to:
- Measure individual competences,
- Facilitate a 360° feedback process within a team,
- Learn the process and the skills needed when developing and using our behavioral skills questionnaires, for recruiting and selecting people for internal job openings.
All these tools were developed from a single model, the YEO 4D Competence Model.
